Taking of the oath by a new Member of the General Court

Following his appointment as a Judge at the General Court of the European Union for the period from 26 November 2010 to 31 August 2016 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 18 November 2010, (1) Mr Andrei Popescu took the oath before the Court of Justice on 26 November 2010.
