    Strona skarżąca wnosi do Sądu o:

    stwierdzenie nieważności decyzji wydanej przez Single Resolution Boards SRB/ES/SRF/2016/06 w dniu 15 kwietnia 2016 r. [(„Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 15 April 2016 on the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund (SRB/ES/SRF/2016/06)”] oraz decyzji wydanej przez Single Resolution Boards SRB/ES/SRF/2016/13 w dniu 20 maja 2016 r. [„Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 20 May 2016 on the adjustment of the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund supplementing the Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 15 April 2016 on the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund (SRB/ES/SRF/2016/13)”] co najmniej w zakresie, w jakim decyzje te dotyczą skarżącej;

    —

    obciążenie pozwanego kosztami postępowania.

    Zarzuty i główne argumenty

    Na poparcie skargi strona skarżąca podnosi dwa zarzuty.

    1.

    Zarzut pierwszy dotyczy rażącego naruszenia istotnych wymogów proceduralnych z powodu braku opublikowania (w całości) zaskarżonych decyzji.

    2.

    Zarzut drugi dotyczy rażącego naruszenia istotnych wymogów proceduralnych z powodu braku uzasadnienia zaskarżonych decyzji.
