KOMISIJOS REGLAMENTAS (EB) Nr. 1268/2008
2008 m. gruodžio 12 d.
iš dalies keičiantis Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais
EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Europos bendrijos steigimo sutartį,
atsižvelgdama į 2002 m. gruodžio 20 d. Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais (1), ypač į jo 20 straipsnį,
kadangi:

Per Kimberley proceso plenarinį posėdį Delyje peržiūrėtas Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos minimalius reikalavimus atitinkančių dalyvių sąrašas. |
|
(2) |
Reikia atnaujinti kai kurių dalyvių Kimberley proceso institucijų adresus. |
|
(3) |
Reikėtų atitinkamai iš dalies pakeisti II priedą, |
PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ REGLAMENTĄ:
1 straipsnis
Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedas yra pakeičiamas šio reglamento I priedu.
2 straipsnis
Šis reglamentas įsigalioja kitą dieną po jo paskelbimo Europos Sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje.
Šis reglamentas yra privalomas visas ir tiesiogiai taikomas visose valstybėse narėse.
