REGOLAMENTO (CE) N. 1268/2008 DELLA COMMISSIONE
del 12 dicembre 2008
che modifica il regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 del Consiglio relativo all'attuazione del sistema di certificazione del processo di Kimberley per il commercio internazionale di diamanti grezzi
LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,
visto il regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 del Consiglio, del 20 dicembre 2002, relativo all'attuazione del sistema di certificazione del processo di Kimberley per il commercio internazionale di diamanti grezzi (1), in particolare l'articolo 20,
considerando quanto segue:

La riunione plenaria del processo di Kimberley svoltasi a Delhi ha riveduto l'elenco dei partecipanti che soddisfano i requisiti minimi del sistema di certificazione del processo di Kimberley. |
|
(2) |
Occorre aggiornare gli indirizzi delle autorità competenti di alcuni partecipanti. |
|
(3) |
Occorre modificare opportunamente l'allegato II, |
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
Articolo 1
L'allegato II del regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 è sostituito dall'allegato I del presente regolamento.
Articolo 2
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea.
Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri.
