    Razglasitev ničnosti odločbe Single Resolution Boards SRB/ES/SRF/2016/06 z dne 15. aprila 2016 („Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 15 April 2016 on the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund (SRB/ES/SRF/2016/06)“) in odločbe Single Resolution Boards SRB/ES/SRF/2016/13 z dne 20. maja 2016 („Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 20 May 2016 on the adjustment of the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund supplementing the Decision of the Executive Session of the Board of 15 April 2016 on the 2016 ex-ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund (SRB/ES/SRF/2016/13)“), vsaj v obsegu, kolikor se nanaša na tožečo stranko;

    —

    naložitev stroškov postopka toženi stranki.

    Tožbena razloga in bistvene trditve

    Tožeča stranka v podporo svoji tožbi navaja dva tožbena razloga.

    —

    Prvi tožbeni razlog: huda kršitev bistvenih formalnih zahtev zaradi pomanjkljive (popolne) objave izpodbijanega sklepa.

    —

    Drugi tožbeni razlog: huda kršitev bistvenih formalnih zahtev zaradi pomanjkljive utemeljitve izpodbijanega sklepa.
