A BIZOTTSÁG 1268/2008/EK RENDELETE
(2008. december 12.)
a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendelet módosításáról
AZ EURÓPAI KÖZÖSSÉGEK BIZOTTSÁGA,
tekintettel az Európai Közösséget létrehozó szerződésre,
tekintettel a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló, 2002. december 20-i 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendeletre (1) és különösen annak 20. cikkére,
mivel:

A kimberleyi folyamat Delhiben megtartott plenáris ülése felülvizsgálta a kimberleyi folyamat tanúsítási rendszere minimumkövetelményeinek megfelelő résztvevőket tartalmazó listát. |
|
(2) |
Néhány résztvevő kimberleyi folyamatban illetékes hatóságainak címét aktualizálni kell. |
|
(3) |
A II. mellékletet ennek megfelelően módosítani kell, |
ELFOGADTA EZT A RENDELETET:
1. cikk
A 2368/2002/EK rendelet II. melléklete helyébe e rendelet I. melléklete lép.
2. cikk
Ez a rendelet az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában való közzétételét követő napon lép hatályba.
Ez a rendelet teljes egészében kötelező és közvetlenül alkalmazandó valamennyi tagállamban.
