    There is no longer any need to adjudicate in the action.

    Murnauer Markenvertrieb GmbH and Bach Flower Remedies Ltd shall bear their own costs and shall each pay half of the costs incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM).
