Notice concerning the entry into force of the Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on the linking of their greenhouse gas emissions trading systems
The Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on the linking of their greenhouse gas emissions trading systems (1) enters into force on 1 January 2020, the procedure provided for in Article 21(4) of the Agreement having been completed on 6 December 2019.
