    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Declares that, by failing to adopt, within the period prescribed, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Articles 8, 9, 13, 15 to 18 and 20(2) to (4) of Directive 2003/41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 June 2003 on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement provision, the Czech Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 22(1) of that directive;

    2.

    Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

    3.

    Orders the Czech Republic to pay the costs.
