PART TWO
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TREATIES
TITLE I
INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS
Article 9
The Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, annexed to the TEU, the TFEU and the EAEC Treaty, shall be amended as follows:

(1) |
in Article 9, the first paragraph shall be replaced by the following: ‘When, every three years, the Judges are partially replaced, 14 Judges shall be replaced.’; |

(2) |
Article 48 shall be replaced by the following: ‘Article 48 The General Court shall consist of 28 Judges.’. |
