Amendment by France of the public service obligations imposed in respect of scheduled air services between Rennes and Mulhouse

1.

France has decided to amend the public service obligations imposed in respect of scheduled air services between the airports of Rennes (Saint-Jacques) and Basel-Mulhouse and published in Official Journal of the European Union C 52 of 2 March 2006 pursuant to Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes.

2.

In point 2 of the aforementioned public service obligations, the obligations in terms of minimum frequency are replaced by the following:

‘The minimum level of service provided must be two return trips per day, morning and evening, from Monday to Thursday, and one return trip on Friday evening, excluding public holidays, for 220 days a year.’
