Election of a President of a Chamber

2009/C 267/11

On 7 October 2009, following the resignation of President of the Chamber Ms Tiili and in accordance with Articles 7(3) and 15 of the Rules of Procedure, the Court of First Instance elected Ms Wiszniewska-Białecka President of the First Chamber composed of five Judges, for the period from 7 October 2009 to 31 August 2010.
