    Communication from the Commission in accordance with Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 885/2006 setting up a conciliation procedure in the context of the clearance of the accounts of the EAGF and the EAFRD

    The Commission has renewed the term of office of two members of the Conciliation Body for a period of one year from 1 August 2007 to 31 July 2008:

    —

    Mr Michael C. DOWLING (Chair of the Body),

    —

    Mr José Luis SAENZ GARCIA-BAQUERO (member of the Body),

    (2)

    The Commission has appointed Mr Robert BURIAN (AT), currently a substitute member, as a member of the Conciliation Body. His term of office will run from 1 August 2007 to 31 July 2010.
