Annuls the decision of 16 December 2014 whereby the appointing authority of the European Commission imposed on Mr António Gaspar Pinto Ferreira the measure provided for in Article 9(2) of Annex IX to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union; |

Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by Mr Pinto Ferreira. |
