On page 46, in the Annex, after destination code 04 in the footnote to the table:
for:
‘ 04 all destinations except Switzerland and those of 02 and 03.,’
read:
‘ 04 all destinations except Switzerland, Bulgaria with effect from 1 October 2004 and those of 02 and 03.’
