    Annulment of the decision of the selection board in competition EPSO/AD/293/14 not to award the applicant a sufficient number of points for admission to the assessment centre.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Tribunal:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of 11 June 2015 by which the selection board of Open Competition EPSO/AD/293/14 refused to admit GY to the selection tests organised at the assessment centre;

    2.

    Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by GY.
