PROVÁDĚCÍ NAŘÍZENÍ KOMISE (EU) 2022/1359
ze dne 27. července 2022,
kterým se mění nařízení Rady (ES) č. 2368/2002, kterým se provádí Kimberleyský systém certifikace pro mezinárodní obchod se surovými diamanty
EVROPSKÁ KOMISE,
s ohledem na Smlouvu o fungování Evropské unie,
s ohledem na nařízení Rady (ES) č. 2368/2002 ze dne 20. prosince 2002, kterým se provádí Kimberleyský systém certifikace pro mezinárodní obchod se surovými diamanty (1), a zejména na čl. 19 odst. 3 a článek 20 uvedeného nařízení,
vzhledem k těmto důvodům:

(1) |
Příloha II nařízení (ES) č. 2368/2002 obsahuje seznam členů Kimberleyského systému certifikace a jejich příslušných orgánů. |
|
(2) |
Na sedmnáctém plenárním zasedání Kimberleyského systému certifikace, které se konalo v listopadu 2021 v Moskvě v Ruské federaci, se členové dohodli na přijetí Kyrgyzstánu, Mosambiku a Kataru do Kimberleyského systému certifikace. |
|
(3) |
Článek 19 nařízení (ES) č. 2368/2002 stanoví, že Komise vede v příloze III uvedeného nařízení seznam orgánů Společenství. |
|
(4) |
Adresy příslušných orgánů několika členů Kimberleyského procesu certifikace v příloze II a adresy orgánů Společenství v příloze III vyžadují aktualizaci. |
|
(5) |
Přílohy II a III nařízení (ES) č. 2368/2002 by proto měly být odpovídajícím způsobem změněny. |
|
(6) |
Opatření tohoto nařízení jsou v souladu se stanoviskem výboru uvedeného v článku 22 nařízení (ES) č. 2368/2002, |
PŘIJALA TOTO NAŘÍZENÍ:
Článek 1
Nařízení (ES) č. 2368/2002 se mění takto:
|
1) |
příloha II se nahrazuje zněním uvedeným v příloze I tohoto nařízení; |
|
2) |
příloha III se nahrazuje zněním uvedeným v příloze II tohoto nařízení. |
Článek 2
Toto nařízení vstupuje v platnost dvacátým dnem po vyhlášení v Úředním věstníku Evropské unie.
Toto nařízení je závazné v celém rozsahu a přímo použitelné ve všech členských státech.
