Information concerning the date of entry into force of the Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement establishing a partnership between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tajikistan, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union
The Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement establishing a partnership between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tajikistan, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union, signed at Brussels on 24 June 2008, in accordance with its Article 4(1), enters into force on the same day as the entry into force of the aforementioned Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, being 1st January 2010.
