    Action under Article 272 TFEU seeking an order that the defendant reimburse part of the amount advanced by the Commission under contract NNE5/1999/20229, together with default interest.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Orders McCarron Poultry Ltd to repay to the Commission the sum of EUR 900 662,25, plus accrued default interest calculated at the rate of 2,50 % per annum from 1 December 2010 until the date of full payment of the debt;

    2.

    Orders McCarron Poultry to pay the costs.
