correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium converter foil originating in the People’s Republic of China and of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium converter foil originating in the People’s Republic of China
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union (1), and in particular Article 7 and Article 9(4) thereof,
Whereas:

The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 (2) contain an error in Article 1(1) that alters the meaning of the text. |

The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 (3) contain the same error in Article 1(1). |

(3) |
The Czech language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 and Hungarian language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 contain an additional error in Article 1(1). |

(4) |
The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 and of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
