SKLEP SVETA
z dne 1. januarja 2007
o imenovanju romunskih in bolgarskih članov Evropskega ekonomsko-socialnega odbora
(2007/3/ES, Euratom)
SVET EVROPSKE UNIJE JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske skupnosti in zlasti člena 259 Pogodbe,
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske skupnosti za atomsko energijo in zlasti člena 167 Pogodbe,
ob upoštevanju Akta o pristopu Bolgarije in Romunije, in zlasti členov 12 in 48 Akta,
ob upoštevanju predlogov vlad Republike Bolgarije in Romunije,
ob upoštevanju mnenja Komisije,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Člani Evropskega ekonomsko-socialnega odbora so bili imenovani za obdobje od 21. septembra 2006 do 20. septembra 2010 s sklepi Sveta 2006/524/ES, Euratom (1), 2006/651/ES, Euratom (2) in 2006/703/ES, Euratom (3). |

Zaradi pristopa Republike Bolgarije in Romunije k Evropski uniji je treba Evropski ekonomsko-socialni odbor razširiti z imenovanjem sedemindvajsetih članov, ki predstavljajo različne ekonomske in socialne komponente organizirane civilne družbe – |
SKLENIL:
Člen 1
Osebe, katerih imena in nazivi so navedeni na seznamih iz Priloge k temu sklepu, so imenovane za člane Evropskega ekonomsko-socialnega odbora za obdobje do 20. septembra 2010.
Člen 2
Ta sklep začne učinkovati na dan sprejetja.
Uporablja se od 1. januarja 2007.
