ROZHODNUTIE KOMISIE
z 24. októbra 2007,
ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa rozhodnutie 2005/393/ES, pokiaľ ide o zakázané zóny vo vzťahu ku katarálnej horúčke oviec vo Francúzsku, v Nemecku, Rakúsku, Portugalsku, Dánsku, Českej republike a Spojenom kráľovstve

KOMISIA EURÓPSKYCH SPOLOČENSTIEV,
so zreteľom na Zmluvu o založení Európskeho spoločenstva,
so zreteľom na smernicu Rady 2000/75/ES z 20. novembra 2000 stanovujúcu špecifické ustanovenia pre kontrolu a likvidáciu katarálnej horúčky oviec – modrého jazyka (1), a najmä na jej článok 8 ods. 3,
keďže:

V smernici 2000/75/ES sa ustanovujú pravidlá kontroly katarálnej horúčky oviec a opatrenia na boj proti tomuto ochoreniu v Spoločenstve vrátane zriadenia zón ochrany a dozoru, ako aj zákazu presunu zvierat z uvedených zón. |

Rozhodnutím Komisie 2005/393/ES z 23. mája 2005 o zónach ochrany a dozoru vo vzťahu ku katarálnej horúčke oviec a podmienkach vzťahujúcich sa na presun z týchto zón alebo cez tieto zóny (2) sa stanovuje vymedzenie globálnych geografických oblastí, v ktorých majú členské štáty zriadiť zóny ochrany a dozoru („zakázané zóny“) vo vzťahu ku katarálnej horúčke oviec. |

Po predložení odôvodnenej žiadosti Francúzskom a Nemeckom je vhodné zmeniť vymedzenie zakázaných zón v týchto členských štátoch v zóne F. |

(4) |
Vzhľadom na rozšírenie zakázanej zóny v Nemecku v dôsledku nedávneho prepuknutia katarálnej horúčky oviec sérotypu 8 je vhodné vymedziť zakázanú zónu v Rakúsku a upraviť zakázané zóny v Dánsku a Českej republike v zóne F. |

Po oznámení prepuknutia katarálnej horúčky oviec sérotypu 1 a po predložení odôvodnenej žiadosti Portugalskom je vhodné upraviť vymedzenie zakázanej zóny E v prílohe I k rozhodnutiu 2005/393/ES a upraviť zónu I (sérotypy 1 a 4). |

Po oznámení prepuknutia katarálnej horúčky oviec sérotypu 8 v Spojenom kráľovstve je vhodné vymedziť zakázanú zónu v tomto členskom štáte v zóne F. |

(7) |
Rozhodnutie 2005/393/ES by sa malo preto zodpovedajúcim spôsobom zmeniť a doplniť. |
|
(8) |
Opatrenia ustanovené v tomto rozhodnutí sú v súlade so stanoviskom Stáleho výboru pre potravinový reťazec a zdravie zvierat, |
PRIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTIE:
Článok 1
Príloha I k rozhodnutiu 2005/393/ES sa mení a dopĺňa v súlade s prílohou k tomuto rozhodnutiu.
Článok 2
Toto rozhodnutie je určené členským štátom.
