    Corrigendum to Commission Decision 2001/723/EC of 18 July 2001 concerning the recapitalisation of the company Alitalia

    On page 35, the following last sentence of recital 20 is removed:

    However, in its reply dated 29 March 1997 filed with the Court in the course of the preparatory inquiry for Case T-296/97, Alitalia accepted the figure of ITL 750 billion for the total insolvency costs.

    On page 36, in recital 22, 15th and last lines:

    for:

    ... comes to either ITL 4206 billion or ITL 4330 billion, ...;

    read:

    ... comes to either ITL 4179 billion or ITL 4550 billion, ....
