KOMISIJAS ĪSTENOŠANAS REGULA (ES) Nr. 1147/2014
(2014. gada 23. oktobris),
ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem
EIROPAS KOMISIJA,
ņemot vērā Līgumu par Eiropas Savienības darbību,
ņemot vērā Padomes 2002. gada 20. decembra Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1) un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,
tā kā:

Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumā ir uzskaitīti Kimberli procesa (“KP”) sertifikācijas sistēmas dalībnieki un to ieceltās kompetentās iestādes. |
|
(2) |
KP priekšsēdētājs 2014. gada 8. oktobrī izdeva paziņojumu saistībā ar 13. punktu Apvienoto Nāciju Organizācijas Drošības padomes Rezolūcijā 2153(2014), ar ko izbeidz pasākumus, kuri visām valstīm aizliedz izvest neapstrādātus dimantus no Kotdivuāras. KP priekšsēdētāja paziņojumā pausts aicinājums visiem dalībniekiem veikt pasākumus neapstrādātu dimantu tirdzniecības atsākšanai ar Kotdivuāru. Tāpēc būtu jāpārskata dalībnieku saraksts II pielikumā. |

Turklāt būtu jāatjaunina Kambodžas kontaktpunkta adrese II pielikumā. |

(4) |
Tāpēc būtu attiecīgi jāgroza Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikums. |

(5) |
Lai nodrošinātu šajā regulā paredzēto pasākumu efektivitāti, tai būtu jāstājas spēkā nekavējoties, |
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU.
1. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas pielikuma tekstu.
2. pants
Šī regula stājas spēkā dienā, kad to publicē Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
