iš dalies keičiantis Sprendimo 2005/393/EB nuostatas dėl ribojimų taikymo zonų, susijusių su mėlynojo liežuvio liga, Prancūzijoje, Vokietijoje, Austrijoje, Portugalijoje, Danijoje, Čekijoje ir Jungtinėje Karalystėje

EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Europos bendrijos steigimo sutartį,
atsižvelgdama į 2000 m. lapkričio 20 d. Tarybos direktyvą 2000/75/EB, nustatančią mėlynojo liežuvio ligos kontrolės ir likvidavimo reikalavimus (1), ypač į jos 8 straipsnio 3 dalį,
kadangi:

Direktyvoje 2000/75/EB išdėstyti kontrolės reikalavimai ir priemonės kovai su mėlynojo liežuvio liga Bendrijoje, įskaitant apsaugos bei priežiūros zonų nustatymą ir draudimą išvežti gyvūnus iš tų zonų. |

2005 m. gegužės 23 d. Komisijos sprendime 2005/393/EB dėl apsaugos ir priežiūros zonų, susijusių su mėlynojo liežuvio liga, ir judėjimui iš tų zonų ir per tas zonas taikomų reikalavimų (2) numatyta, kad turi būti nustatytos bendrosios geografinės sritys, kuriose valstybės narės turi nustatyti apsaugos ir priežiūros zonas (ribojimų taikymo zonas), susijusias su mėlynojo liežuvio liga. |

Vokietijai ir Prancūzijai pateikus pagrįstą prašymą, reikėtų iš dalies pakeisti F zonai priklausančias ribojimų taikymo zonas valstybėse narėse. |

(4) |
Po pastarųjų 8 serotipo mėlynojo liežuvio ligos protrūkių praplėtus ribojimų taikymo zonos ribas Vokietijoje, tikslinga nustatyti F zonai priklausančias ribojimų taikymo zonas Danijoje ir Čekijoje. |

(5) |
Gavus pranešimus apie 1 serotipo mėlynojo liežuvio ligos protrūkius ir Portugalijai pateikus pagrįstą prašymą, reikėtų iš dalies keisti nustatytą E ribojimų taikymo zoną Sprendimo 2005/393/EB I priede ir iš dalies pakeisti I zoną, kurioje egzistuoja 1 ir 4 serotipai. |

Gavus pranešimus apie 8 serotipo mėlynojo liežuvio ligos protrūkius Jungtinėje Karalystėje, tikslinga nustatyti F zonai priklausančias ribojimų taikymo zonas šioje valstybėje narėje. |

(7) |
Todėl Sprendimas 2005/393/EB turėtų būti atitinkamai iš dalies pakeistas. |
|
(8) |
Šiame sprendime nustatytos priemonės atitinka Maisto grandinės ir gyvūnų sveikatos nuolatinio komiteto nuomonę, |

Sprendimo 2005/393/EB I priedas iš dalies keičiamas pagal šio sprendimo priedą.

Šis sprendimas skirtas valstybėms narėms.
