Information on the entry into force of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters concerning the provisional application of the trade and trade-related provisions of the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, of the other part The Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters, which was signed by the Community on 19 December 2003 and by Egypt on 21 December 2003, entered into force on 21 December 2003. The provisions of the Agreement apply from 1 January 2004. The Agreement was published in Official Journal of the European Union L 345 of 31 December 2003, page 113.
