    REGOLAMENTO (UE) N. 585/2013 DELLA COMMISSIONE

    del 20 giugno 2013

    recante modifica del regolamento (CE) n. 1236/2005 del Consiglio relativo al commercio di determinate merci che potrebbero essere utilizzate per la pena di morte, per la tortura o per altri trattamenti o pene crudeli, inumani o degradanti

    LA COMMISSIONE EUROPEA,

    visto il trattato sul funzionamento dell'Unione europea,

    visto il regolamento (CE) n. 1236/2005 (1) del Consiglio, del 27 giugno 2005, relativo al commercio di determinate merci che potrebbero essere utilizzate per la pena di morte, per la tortura o per altri trattamenti o pene crudeli, inumani o degradanti, in particolare l'articolo 12, paragrafo 1,

    considerando quanto segue:

    All'allegato I del regolamento (CE) n. 1236/2005 sono elencate le autorità competenti cui sono attribuite funzioni specifiche con riguardo all'attuazione del regolamento medesimo.

    (2)

    Il Belgio, la Bulgaria, la Repubblica ceca, la Danimarca, l'Estonia, l'Irlanda, la Spagna, la Francia, l'Italia, Cipro, la Lettonia, la Lituania, il Lussemburgo, l'Ungheria, Malta, i Paesi Bassi, l'Austria, la Polonia, il Portogallo, la Slovacchia, la Slovenia e il Regno Unito hanno chiesto di modificare le informazioni relative alle loro autorità competenti. Occorre inoltre modificare l'indirizzo per le notifiche alla Commissione.

    È opportuno pubblicare l'elenco aggiornato completo delle autorità competenti,

    HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:

    Articolo 1

    L'allegato I del regolamento (CE) n. 1236/2005 è sostituito dall'allegato del presente regolamento.

    Articolo 2

    Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il terzo giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea.

    Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in tutti gli Stati membri.
