Operative part of the order

1.

The action is dismissed on the ground of the Court’s lack of jurisdiction to hear and determine it.

2.

There is no need to rule on the applications for leave to intervene submitted by NQ, NR, NS, NT, NU and NV, Amnesty International, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Hellenic Republic and the European Commission.

3.

NG and the European Council shall bear their own costs.

4.

NQ, NR, NS, NT, NU and NV, Amnesty International, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Hellenic Republic and the Commission shall bear their own costs.
