    Re:

    By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of the decision of the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) of 25 July 2021 rejecting her complaint against the decisions of the EUAA of 24 February and 14 March 2021, by which the Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the EUAA refused her request for staying the disciplinary proceedings initiated against her.

    Operative part of the order

    1.

    There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

    2.

    FC shall bear her own costs and pay those incurred by the European Union Agency for Asylum.
