AGREED MINUTES Negotiations under GATT, Article XXVIII (4), relating to Schedule LXXX - European Communities In the negotiations conducted under GATT, Article XXVIII (4), the Delegations of the Commission of the European Communities and Sweden reached an agreement as indicated in the Annex. The Delegation of the Commission of the European Communities, in consultation with the Delegation of Sweden, reserves the right to modify the concession contained in Part D of Annex B (Changes in Schedule LXXX - European Communities) relating to quality wheat following the outcome of the negotiations with other Contracting Parties. The Delegations of the Commission of the European Communities and Sweden will submit this Agreement for approval to their respective authorities.
