Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2017/2393 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2017, must be interpreted as not precluding a piece of national legislation which makes the grant of the support referred to in that provision conditional upon the person applying for support submitting a certificate of registration of a livestock facility in that person’s name. |

Article 17 of Regulation No 1305/2013, as amended by Regulation 2017/2393, must be interpreted as not precluding a piece of national legislation which makes the grant of the support referred to in that provision conditional upon the person applying for support showing that, on the date of submission of the application for support, the output of that person’s agricultural holding is equivalent to at least EUR 8 000. |
