    Application on the basis of Article 270 TFEU seeking, first, the annulment of the decision of the jury of internal competition COM/02/AST/16 (AST 2) rejecting the application of the applicant and, second, compensation for the damage he allegedly suffered.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of the jury of internal competition COM/02/AST/16 (AST 2) rejecting the application of RS;

    2.

    Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

    3.

    Orders the European Commission to bear the costs.
