Herr Rodin, der mit Beschluss der Vertreter der Regierungen der Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union vom 1. Juli 2013 (1) für die Zeit vom 1. Juli 2013 bis zum 6. Oktober 2015 zum Richter am Gerichtshof ernannt wurde, hat am 4. Juli 2013 seinen Amtseid vor dem Gerichtshof geleistet.
