KOMMISSIONENS GENNEMFØRELSESFORORDNING (EU) 2016/557
af 7. april 2016
om ændring af Rådets forordning (EF) nr. 2368/2002 om gennemførelse af Kimberleyprocessens certificeringsordning for international handel med uslebne diamanter
EUROPA-KOMMISSIONEN HAR —
under henvisning til traktaten om Den Europæiske Unions funktionsmåde,
under henvisning til Rådets forordning (EF) nr. 2368/2002 af 20. december 2002 om gennemførelse af Kimberley-processens certificeringsordning for international handel med uslebne diamanter (1), særlig artikel 20, og
ud fra følgende betragtninger:

Bilag II til forordning (EF) nr. 2368/2002 indeholder en liste over deltagende parter i Kimberlyprocessens certificeringsordning og de kompetente myndigheder, de har udpeget. |

(2) |
Den 20. juli 2015 udsendte formanden for Kimberleyprocessen en meddelelse om vedtagelse af den administrative afgørelse om genoptagelse af eksporten af uslebne diamanter fra Den Centralafrikanske Republik. De deltagende parter i Kimberleyprocessen og observatørerne nåede til enighed om, at Den Centralafrikanske Republik kan genoptage eksporten af uslebne diamanter, når landet fuldt ud har gennemført den operationelle ramme, der er fastsat i bilaget til den administrative afgørelse. |

Bilag II til forordning (EF) nr. 2368/2002 bør derfor ændres — |
VEDTAGET DENNE FORORDNING:
Artikel 1
Bilag II til forordning (EF) nr. 2368/2002 erstattes af teksten i bilaget til nærværende forordning.
Artikel 2
Denne forordning træder i kraft dagen efter offentliggørelsen i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende.
Denne forordning er bindende i alle enkeltheder og gælder umiddelbart i hver medlemsstat.
Udfærdiget i Bruxelles, den 7. april 2016.
