ROZHODNUTÍ RADY
ze dne 1. ledna 2007
o jmenování bulharských a rumunských členů a náhradníků Výboru regionů
(2007/6/ES)
RADA EVROPSKÉ UNIE,
s ohledem na Smlouvu o založení Evropského společenství, a zejména na čl. 263 odst. 4 této smlouvy,
s ohledem na Akt o přistoupení Bulharska a Rumunska, a zejména na články 13 a 49 tohoto aktu,
s ohledem na návrhy vlád Bulharské republiky a Rumunska,
vzhledem k těmto důvodům:

Členové a náhradníci Výboru regionů byli jmenováni na období od 26. ledna 2006 do 25. ledna 2010 rozhodnutím Rady 2006/116/ES (1). |

(2) |
Po přistoupení Bulharské republiky a Rumunska je třeba doplnit Výbor regionů jmenováním dvaceti sedmi členů a dvaceti sedmi náhradníků, kteří zastupují regionální a místní orgány v nových členských státech a kteří buď mají volební mandát v některém regionálním nebo místním samosprávném celku, nebo jsou politicky odpovědní volenému shromáždění, |
PŘIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTÍ:
Článek 1
Do Výboru regionů jsou jmenovány na období do 25. ledna 2010:

— |
jako členové osoby zapsané na seznamu podle členských států uvedeném v příloze I, |
|
— |
jako náhradníci osoby zapsané na seznamu podle členských států uvedeném v příloze II. |
Článek 2
Toto rozhodnutí vstupuje v platnost dnem přijetí.
Nabývá účinku ode dne 1. ledna 2007.
V Bruselu dne 1. ledna 2007.
