P6_TA(2005)0013 Stabilizacijsko-pridružitveni sporazum EU/Hrvaška *** Zakonodajna resolucija Evropskega parlamenta o predlogu Sklepa Sveta in Komisije o sklenitvi Protokola k Stabilizacijsko-pridružitvenemu sporazumu med Evropskimi skupnostmi in njihovimi državami članicami na eni strani in Republiko Hrvaško na drugi strani zaradi upoštevanja pristopa Češke republike, Republike Estonije, Republike Ciper, Republike Latvije, Republike Litve, Republike Madžarske, Republike Malte, Republike Poljske, Republike Slovenije in Slovaške republike k Evropski uniji (KOM(2004)0370 — 14211/2004 — C6-0028/2005 — 2004/0119(AVC)) (Postopek privolitve) Evropski parlament, - ob upoštevanju predloga Sklepa Sveta in Komisije (KOM(2004)0370 — 14211/2004) [1], - ob upoštevanju zahteve Sveta za privolitev na podlagi drugega pododstavka člena 300(3) v povezavi z drugim stavkom prvega pododstavka člena 300(2) in členom 310 Pogodbe ES (C6-0028/2005), - ob upoštevanju členov 75, 83(7) in 43(1) svojega Poslovnika, - ob upoštevanju priporočila Odbora za zunanje zadeve (A6-0011/2005), 1. da privolitev k sklenitvi protokola; 2. naroči svojemu predsedniku, naj stališče Parlamenta posreduje Svetu, Komisiji ter vladam in parlamentom držav članic in Republike Hrvaške.
