REGULAMENTO (CE) N.o 1067/2005 DA COMISSÃO
de 6 de Julho de 2005
que altera o Regulamento (CE) n.o 562/2000 que estabelece as regras de execução do Regulamento (CE) n.o 1254/1999 do Conselho no que respeita aos regimes de compra de intervenção pública no sector da carne de bovino
A COMISSÃO DAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEIAS,
Tendo em conta o Tratado que institui a Comunidade Europeia,
Tendo em conta o Regulamento (CE) n.o 1254/1999 do Conselho, de 17 de Maio de 1999, que estabelece a organização comum de mercado no sector da carne de bovino (1), nomeadamente o n.o 4 do artigo 27.o e o artigo 41.o,
Considerando o seguinte:

O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 562/2000 da Comissão (2) estabelece a lista dos produtos elegíveis para a intervenção. O anexo VI do mesmo regulamento contém os endereços dos organismos de intervenção. Em virtude da adesão da República Checa, da Estónia, de Chipre, da Letónia, da Lituânia, da Hungria, de Malta, da Polónia, da Eslovénia e da Eslováquia à União Europeia em 1 de Maio de 2004, devem ser inseridos nesses anexos os elementos relativos a estes Estados-Membros. |

O Regulamento (CE) n.o 562/2000 deve, portanto, ser alterado em conformidade. |

As medidas previstas no presente regulamento estão em conformidade com o parecer do Comité de Gestão da Carne de Bovino, |
ADOPTOU O PRESENTE REGULAMENTO:
Artigo 1.o
O Regulamento (CE) n.o 562/2000 é alterado do seguinte modo:

O anexo II é substituído pelo texto constante do anexo I do presente regulamento. |
|
2) |
O anexo VI é substituído pelo texto constante do anexo II do presente regulamento. |
Artigo 2.o
O presente regulamento entra em vigor no terceiro dia seguinte ao da sua publicação no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia.
O presente regulamento é obrigatório em todos os seus elementos e directamente aplicável em todos os Estados-Membros.
