Small firms 15 % gge (8 % nge + 10 % gge in Article 87(3)(c) areas)

Medium-sized firms 7,5 % gge (8 % nge + 6 % gge in Article 87(3)(c) areas)

Consultancy aid may not exceed 50 % gge

Date of implementation: The Law entered into force on 25 December 2002. It will be applied following the publication of the implementing criteria

Duration of scheme or individual aid award: The Law is of indefinite duration. Whether it will be applied after 31 December 2006 will depend on whether Regulation No 70/2001 is extended or on the existence of a similar exemption

Objective of aid: To support the development of the tourism industry by granting investment/consultancy aid
