KOMISJONI RAKENDUSMÄÄRUS (EL) nr 1116/2011,
31. oktoober 2011,
millega muudetakse nõukogu määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses
EUROOPA KOMISJON,
võttes arvesse Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingut,
võttes arvesse nõukogu 20. detsembri 2002. aasta määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses, (1) eriti selle artiklit 20,
ning arvestades järgmist:

Kimberley protsessi osalised kiitsid 2010. aasta novembris Jeruusalemmas toimunud täiskogu otsusega ajutiselt heaks Svaasimaa lisamise Kimberley protsessi osaliste loetellu eeldusel, et protsessi eesistuja kinnitab oma teatega nimetatud heakskiitmise pärast seda, kui teatavad probleemid on lahenduse leidnud. |

Kimberley protsessi eesistuja kinnitas oma 30. mai 2011. aasta teates, et Svaasimaa on lisatud protsessi osaliste loetellu. |

(3) |
Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa tuleks vastavalt muuta, |
ON VASTU VÕTNUD KÄESOLEVA MÄÄRUSE:
Artikkel 1
Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa asendatakse käesoleva määruse lisa tekstiga.
Artikkel 2
Käesolev määrus jõustub järgmisel päeval pärast selle avaldamist Euroopa Liidu Teatajas.
Käesolev määrus on tervikuna siduv ja vahetult kohaldatav kõikides liikmesriikides.
