    The applicant claims that the Court should:

    in the alternative, annul the contested decision and refer the case back to the Board of Appeal, ordering it to comply with the findings of the Court when issuing its new decision;

    —

    order EUIPO and the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal to pay the costs, including those incurred in the proceedings before the Board of Appeal.
