Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.

Annuls the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the Office for harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) of 7 January 2014 (Case R 2304/2012-1) in so far as the Board of Appeal dismissed the action before it as regards the goods ‘apparatus for lighting, heating, drying and ventilating; activated carbon filters for ventilation purposes’;

2.

Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

3.

Orders each party to bear its own costs.
