    Assignment of Mr Gratsias to Chambers

    2010/C 317/11

    On 26 October 2010 the Plenary Meeting of the General Court decided, further to Mr Gratsias’ taking up of his duties as Judge, to amend as follows the decision of the Plenary Meeting of 20 September 2010 on the assignment of Judges to Chambers.

    For the period from 26 October 2010 until the date of the taking up of his duties by the Bulgarian Judge, the Judges will be assigned as follows:

     

    To the First Chamber (Extended Composition), sitting with five Judges:

    Mr Azizi, President of the Chamber, Ms Cremona, Ms Labucka, Mr Frimodt Nielsen and Mr Gratsias, Judges.

     

    To the Third Chamber (Extended Composition), sitting with five Judges:

    Mr Czúcz, President of the Chamber, Ms Cremona, Ms Labucka, Mr Frimodt Nielsen and Mr Gratsias, Judges.

     

    To the Third Chamber, sitting with three Judges:

     

    Mr Czúcz, President of the Chamber;

     

    Ms Labucka, Judge;

     

    Mr Gratsias, Judge.
