    Dismisses the action;

    2.

    Orders Foundation for the Protection of the Traditional Cheese of Cyprus named Halloumi to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and by Papouis Dairies Ltd.
