Declares that the effects of Decision 2013/129 and Implementing Decision 2013/496 are to be maintained until the entry into force of new acts intended to replace them; |

Orders the Council of the European Union to pay the costs; |
4. |
Orders the Republic of Austria to bear its own costs. |
