Corrigendum to Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market amending Directives 97/7/EC, 2002/65/EC, 2005/60/EC and 2006/48/EC and repealing Directive 97/5/EC

On page 26, Article 51(1), first sentence:

for:

‘Where the payment service user is not a consumer, the parties may agree that Article 52(1), the second subparagraph of Article 54(2), and Articles 59, 61, 62, 63, 66 and 75 shall not apply in whole or in part.’,

read:

‘Where the payment service user is not a consumer, the parties may agree that Article 52(1), Article 54(3), and Articles 59, 61, 62, 63, 66 and 75 shall not apply in whole or in part.’;

on page 34, Article 88(2), second sentence:

for:

‘However, they shall notify the competent authorities of the home Member State of these activities by 25 December 2007.’,

read:

‘However, they shall notify the competent authorities of the home Member State of these activities by 25 December 2009.’.
