    On page 25, Article 53 ‘Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 318/2006’:

    for:

    ‘Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 shall be amended as follows:

    1.

    In paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of Article 32, the words ‘or Annex VIII’ shall be inserted after ‘Annex VII’.

    2.

    The following Annex shall be added after Annex VII:

    read:

    ‘Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 shall be amended as follows:

    1.

    In paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of Article 32, the words ‘or Annex VIIbis’ shall be inserted after ‘Annex VII’.

    2.

    The following Annex shall be added after Annex VII:

    on page 25, Article 55, paragraph 4, last sentence:

    for:

    ‘As concerns such producer groups in Member States which acceded to the European Union on 1 May 2004 or after that date, the aid rates set out in Article 7(4)(a) shall apply to recognition plans from the date of application of this Regulation.’,

    read:

    ‘As concerns such producer groups in Member States which acceded to the European Union on 1 May 2004 or after that date, the aid rates set out in Article 7(5)(a) shall apply to recognition plans from the date of application of this Regulation.’.
