COUNCIL DECISION of 16 September 1996 appointing two members and three alternate members of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives (96/C 290/01) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to Council Decision 80/156/EEC of 21 January 1980 setting up an Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives (1), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof, Whereas, by its decision of 23 October 1995 (2), the Council appointed Ms Ute GELLER and Ms Eveline FUGGER members and Ms Hannah RAUSCH, Mr Geert AMSTRUP aund Ms Maria KAMMENOU alternate members of the Committee for the period ending 22 October 1998; Whereas the Austrian Government has nominated Ms Renate GROSSBICHLER to replace Ms Ute GELLER, Ms Margarita KINDL to replace Ms Eveline FUGGER and Ms Eva Maria KIRKOVICS to replace Ms Hannah RAUSCH; Whereas the Danish Government has nominated Mr Lars PETERSEN to replace Mr Geert AMSTRUP; Whereas the Greek Government has nominated Ms Maria NOULA to replace Ms Maria KAMMENOU, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 Ms Renate GROSSBICHLER is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives in place of Ms Ute GELLER for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 22 October 1998. Article 2 Ms Margarita KINDL is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives in place of Ms Eveline FUGGER for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 22 October 1998. Article 3 Ms Eva Maria KIRKOVICS is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives in place of Ms Hannah RAUSCH for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 22 Otober 1998. Article 4 Mr Lars PETERSEN is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives in place of Mr Geert AMSTRUP for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 22 October 1998. Article 5 Ms Maria NOULA is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Midwives in place of Ms Maria KAMMENOU for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 22 October 1998.
