Initiative summary:
The alignment of Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 on European Union designs with Articles 290 and 291 TFEU by Regulation (EU) 2024/2822 makes it necessary to replace the existing Commission Implementing Regulation (EC) No 2245/2002. The required Delegated Regulation shall supplement Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 and lay down rules specifying the details of certain EU design related procedures managed by the EUIPO.
