Initiative summary:
The Net-Zero Industry Act provisions related to access to markets state that when the proportion of supply within the EU of a net-zero technology or its main specific components originating in a third country is above a certain threshold, the resilience criteria are triggered. This implementing act provides the list of each of the net-zero technology final products and their main specific components for which the resilience criteria is assessed for public procurements and auctions.
