The aim of this Commission Delegated Regulation on the management of the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System is to specify the relevant management aspects of the system, in particular: (a) the access to the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System and the relevant data processing rules; (b) the operation of the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; (c) the information to be entered in the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; (d) the requirements notifications must meet; and (e) the criteria for assessment of the level of risk.
